Jessica is an associate practicing affordable housing and new markets tax credits. After graduating from law school, she clerked for the Honorable Steven I. Platt at the Circuit Court of Maryland. Prior to joining Bateman Seidel, Jessica practiced law as an associate in Maryland focusing in tax and estate planning.

Jessica’s practice includes representation of developers, sponsors, investors and lenders in tax-credit finance transactions. Recent transactions include representation of New Market Tax Credit investors in the development of commercial, community college and energy facilities within the Northwest, representation of direct investors in affordable housing communities throughout the country, and representation of affordable housing sponsors in Oregon.
