Chris Gram is a founding shareholder of the firm and a transactional lawyer. His primary focus is representing clients in all aspects of real property transactions including buying, selling, developing, leasing and financing real property. Chris's practice also includes general business and corporate law.

SELECT MAJOR TRANSACTIONS & REPRESENTATIONS

  • Represent Microsoft Corporation in connection with the acquisition and leasing of office and other properties throughout North America
  • Represent the New York State Teachers Retirement System in leasing of Lincoln Center, an 800,000 square foot suburban office complex
  • Represent Pacific N.W. Properties Limited Partnership in development, purchase, leasing and sale of real property including shopping centers, "flexible" industrial properties and office buildings
  • Lender's counsel to several institutional lenders, including Allstate Life Insurance Company, in connection with loans secured by apartment, industrial, retail and office properties
  • Represent local management companies in leasing and other tenant matters
  • Counsel to T-Mobile for wireless communication facility sites
  • Represent LSI Logic Corporation regarding acquisition of 300 plus acre site for semiconductor plant
  • Represent optical business in the leasing and operations of retail stores
  • Local opinion counsel for borrowers and lenders in numerous transactions including securitized borrowings
  • Primary counsel to borrower for refinancing of Section 801 Ground Lease military housing
  • Representation of PNC Bank as construction lender for affordable housing projects
