Kathleen has represented lending clients that include national and local lenders and borrowers financing retail properties, affordable housing developments, timber and alternative energy sources. Kathleen counsels clients developing planned communities and condominiums and prepares planned community and condominium declarations and bylaws. She advises clients concerning federal and state regulatory issues affecting property development, and assists developers with licensing issues. Kathleen represents landlords and tenants leasing office, industrial, retail, vacation and residential properties. She negotiates and drafts leases, subleases, licenses and assignments.
